Hello guys I'm not very experienced with bittrex. can someone please explain me "EFL blockchain experienced a double spend attack. We are working with the development team on a fix."

Seems like a bunch of PoW (Proof of Work) coins with some low total hash power got attacked by the 51% hash attack... this means they can reverse payments and do "double spends"... ie. send coins to one place, then rework the blocks to spend the same coins elsewhere and orphan the original blocks...

thanks for your support. by the way I solved problem by bittrex lab auto sell command.

to do that attack you need to create another chain that is longer than the main chan and is under your contorl, this is done offline, in your secure private network with some nodes, but you first need more hash than the current chain which is impossible for bitcoin
