When you redeem on the site, you have to answer a security question that the accountholder set up when they started the account. Your gift card takes days to receive. When it's ready, they email a link to the email address of the account containing the gift card URL. So you need two things you don't have here: The security question/answer and email address of the accountholder. I actually have the security question answer, which is all that's needed to make changes to the account, you don't need the email address and the security question, just one of them will do. I'd be willing to give you a vouch copy of one with ~600 points if you'd like to try it out.
