Creating advertiisng network site like MellowAds is useless nowadays. Because there are already many advertising companies like CoinZilla and Cointraffic which has used by big sites and advertisers.
You need huge fund to promote your site first.
For freelancer you should publish this thread in Service section.

Contrary to your opinion, there are more markets in the advertisement industry because it can not get saturated and the OP does not need to break the bank before he can be successful in it.

Crypto indutry has just started and I think there is more room for adnetworks and other industry to be inserted here like SEO in crypto.
There are adnetworks that started in the early days of crypto but some of them are already gone. I have worked to some of them but there are just too few traffic to exchange with. This time crypto now has wider audience.

I don't see there is any market for crypto advertising (for new ads networks) for now but yes maybe for developers it is. Advertisers are using adsense to promote their product at first and then there are sites like coinzilla and cointraffic already doing well.
