They have less than 10 pairs but a huge volume which means high volitality.

The demand is just way to high for the orderbook The team behind this coin is chinese (founders of 8bit which is huge in china). In fact this is the inverse. Higher the volume the more the price is locked. I‘ve lost a few bucks on bittrex slow behavior sometimes, so this is a big advantage. Binance is also adding new pairs in the next days.
