That's nearly not enough, you are looking around 200-500$ depending on the quality that you want.
There are people who buy alot more, and by the way if you are not able to do it on your own, why are you even doing it?
Because you will have to anyway hire developers, which will cost alot more if you wish to get a quality product and not just simply copy paste, your coin will end up dead pretty quickly without any development.

Edit: And yeah, forgot scammers as well. So if you get someone to do this work for you, please do use escrow for your safety if the one who does this is not trusted.

You expecting a well done job paying with pennies , a good one developer could easily do the job but at the rate of 50 $ usd minimum  even more .

I could help you create your own crypto currency for that rate. However, it would just be a clone of another coin except maybe the name, logo, port, etc. The coin would most definitely be worthless.

You are offering cents on the dollar, and that certainly isn't enough. I would recommend not trusting anyone who is offering to do this for you since the prices are super low and you are most likely getting pms from scammers.

A coin developer itself for a new crypto would range from 500-1000 USD, and if it a complicated project like yours and has heaps of aspect, I would say around the 1.5K mark. Then you need marketing, a website, a whitepaper.

Making a new coin is super expensive.

$50 is something in which you don't get a standard basic website, but you expect someone to create a cryptocurrency, the wallets, the pools and everything for the price of a few burgers :o
Please do some research on the market rates, the time one would need and the minimum pay rates and needs of the person who are suitable for this job.

Can someone guide me follow the tutorial for the price. I have some c++ coding knowledge but not much about this whole setup. should I compile the mainnode directly on a digital ocean server. I will do all the work just need someone to guide me.

I do not know how to clone a coin, but i certainly can do a pool for you, and block explorer. However, we can discuss about the price later if you'd like. I've done a few pools and block explorers :)

So, taking advantage of this thread, based on your experience, what do I need in term of hardware/network/dev to mount and run a pool (not a cryptocurrency, only the pool) running algorithms like sha256, decred, hmq1725, x11, x17, blake2s, scrypt, lyra2v2, equihash?

Cryptocoin coding involves a lot of technicality no matter the algorithm, the video only point at few ideas and i will like you to know that you will come across many cross roads.

The last time i checked, the cheapest crypto creation service cost 0.05 btc which is from walletbuilder.
