There are a lot of ATMs on the UK so you could check that too, the fees varies and sometimes there is a daily limit when you are not verified using ID and you can check Bitstamp as a last option.

You pay usually higher using a card since you pay also for Visa/Mastercard fees. You can look at Paymium but the fees are 10% when using a card if I am not wrong. You can also check BitPanda, Cex.io, both accept Visa/Mastercard.

This is a good list. You're a bit stuffed in the UK compared to most other places. Localbitcoins can be the same price as exchanges, but only when excitement is down. That's when the premiums drop. You can buy from any place accepting cards (since you say you want to use your card) but as it has been said by a member above you pay usually higher with a card so why not pay with another way, if you can of course.
