I am pretty sure that it really depends on what coin you purchase in order to become a millionaire. People don't like to just purchase every coin that there is within bitcoin exchanges because they might lose a bunch of money on something that may not receive a pump later in their holding experience.

Trying to get all the coins that there is right now won't make someone a millionaire so it is better to just invest in certain coins while figuring the percentages of each deposit that is made. Cryptocurrency is a tough thing to learn as well when starting out.

I'm not sure whether you can become millionaire or not or earn even more than that amount. But I agree that it is not too late to enter into cryptocurrency market to invest because a still lot of room is there to grow these crypto currencies. Just choose few good coins and start buying them in small quantities. In next few couple of years, you will surely make profits higher than any other investments.

We cant say it is permanent because changes are possibility here in cryptocurrency world so as this happen make sure that you are not sitting only and watch for what would happen. It is better to take some action.

this way of thinking is actually the main reason why people are losing a lot of money in altcoin market. they think they can become rich if they invest in altcoins that are new, ICOs that have just came out and are low, or worst group who invest in altcoins after they got pumped.

all of these people end up gambling with their money instead of becoming an investor and that means they lost more than they ever earn. in the end the total matters. if you make 10BTC profit but lose 50BTC you have been killing yourself.

Exactly this. While it's obvious that new coins can (and some will) have massive rocketing in the future, just buying into everything will only lead into loss. Diversification is the cornerstone of investing, but one needs to be sure that the coins they choose will perform well far into the future as well, especially if they're looking to hodl.

Even just putting your money into BTC makes more sense than just buying off all the new coins, as while BTC will no longer be multiplying in value that much, it'll be one of the most stable ones in the future.

Regulation? I cant still see that it can affect cryptocurrency world. Yes, we can still be millionaire on this field but would really depend on how we gonna engage to it wisely. Buying randomly on coins wont really assure you that you would able to make big money later on and this is part of the risk on engaging to it. This is the hardest part as an investor and at the same time to be a trader.

Yes I agree with you,  maybe to become a millionaire for me personally very difficult because it requires a large enough capital but not too late to start with a small capital by buying a good coin, and like today seen some altcoin move up don't miss this moment to get profit  ;D

I am 100% sure at least two new world-scale altcoins, so outside ICOs, which are tokens, will emerge in the coming year. Last year we had Waves and ZCash, who knows what we will have this year ? All you will have to do is to not htink too much when it will come and invest. This is the only way to get rich.

I think patience is the most important in the crypto world. I am doing my best to be patient after I invested. I recall all my investments, all the losses were caused by my impatient.
So no matter what changes happen, be patient.

i just regret to give up some coins last month for the terror and greed, fortunately, i hold some, and i will hold them for long this time

I am currently spending my time looking at potentially great investable coins. And I think there are lot of coins that can make people rich in future, but it is gonna be very hard to choose winning one I suppose..

You are right but even if regulation will be implemented soon, don't think that it will make earning money here in crypto more difficult. There are a lot of coins out there that can be used to bypass regulations and also being a millionaire on crypto depends on the coin one will invest into so don't just take action, research, invest, and hold long term before selling.

Every alt coin has a potential to be a great coin to invest just hold it longer and you can sell it if the price is green in the future. You can choose every alt coin here and just hold them for a long time investments.

If you are into trading and you are good with it then most likely you will become a millionaire with the coins you have invested in because by then you know the coins you have invested. And of course go for long term trading than short term when you really want to become a millionaire.

Regulations are in fact is good but you only understand it when you get hacked, invest in scam ico or lose a lot of money in the market. Being millionaire is difficult here as in real life.

There is no real concern about regulation. There is only one step that is needed right now. And that is to buy some and then have the courage to hold even if the price is doing some push ups and downs. No need to regret if because you truly trust the project and its coin and the people behind the coin.

People speak about patience. However too much patience may make you lose too. When there's a bubble it may pop and the technics of present day coins may be surpassed tomorrow. I would therefore advice to reserve in every coin a part for the long term and another part for quick profit. That's also a part of risk spreading.

Not every altcoin has potential but only a few of them. You never know that the coin you are holding for a very long time is already delisted or dumped. Study carefully and just hope that one of the coins you hold will pump dramatically.

Its all about the coin you invest into. Never buy a coin you don't believe in.

That’s right. Cryptocurrencies market is changing every second. Think, few years a back how was the bitcoin market and how about now. If we invested at that time we will get more profit recent. The same situation is happening in some altcoins. 

As far as I know, most of the alt coins have a high price and low price, if you can buy them at low price and sell them at high price, you will sure to make great profit. Also ,there are some scams, the team took the funds and went away.

Yeah , this is the real truth in the bitcoin field , Here no lack of opportunities . Daily nee new opportunity in new nee coins arises and people can grab those opportunities .
And also no doubt that after the regulation to grab this opportunity will be difficult because of restrictions .
Here thr current time of the opportunity is to buy Digibyte coin , bitcoin cash , xvg coin because these are those coins which are at very low price and we can make much profit with the investment in these coins .

I do not think it is a good time to invest in the alt coins since the price has pumped a lot recently, maybe you can wait for a few days and buy some when the price is low. Wish you good luck.

In trading, you can be successful with great skills and knowledge. The way how you decide and take the risk and making the right timing to sell/buy is a fundamental factor to become successful on trading. They say that trading is the best way to earn quick but no, I agree with you. It takes a whole lot of experience to be able to handle the sudden changes of the market.

What does it mean exactly? If it means the flactuation of the coins well that's normal. Yes there will always be a regret once you have a bad choice or decision to make when selling it or trading. Probably there's a big loss of course. It will never happen if regret comes first after before the situation occur. I also believe that will pump and even pump higher.

I am holding all my coins. I do small amount of trading. I keep to coins that have high volume trade so there is no waiting for buy/sell orders to be completed. I believe that I will profit from altcoins in future but I will not be a millionaire.

It's certainly possible.  These days however theres just a finite amount of funds moving from one project into the next.  The total Marketcap growing is what's important imo and for that we need mores to break into the mainstream such as ETH/BTC have done.

Agree, it depend on what coins to be choose due to only few coins that really profitable for long long term and mostly altcoins being pumped and dumped in a short time which if you can't catch up, the you will loss if invest in those coins. So, I prefer to play in a safe place, just pick up some potential coins for long term instead of playing a game in a short time. The regulations about cryptocurrency stil unclear right now and it's better if govs doesn't regulate cryptocurrencies as illegal things as it isn't a treat for govs. Japan has lead the way after stated bitcoin as a legal payment and South Korean did followed them to regulate cryptocurrency which make it growing bigger in these countries.

Yes, I agree we are all able to achieve it. We have a lot to try and learn from mistakes. With that experience, I'm sure we can achieve a better future in the world of cryptocurrency.

This is why I am not giving up. We still at the beginning. The battle has just begun. We are all early adopters. If you play your cards right and don't get too overly emotional during stressful times of Bitcoin price drops then you can make tons of money. Of coarse most poel are lazy and will pass up the opportunity as they always do. Which is fine since it's oewbinf the rest of us space to play.

I also have investment in some alt-coin now and some is from my bounty in signature campaign, I just hold all of those coin because I know it will pump at huge market price someday especially the ethereum coin.

Same here. Why should I give up if this is the start of our new journey. Let's take it slow because what if our future also lies in here someday. Absolutely, if people are just too lazy on this it won't make them productive and grow contentedly. This is a challenge to someone if you have the courage and willingness to make profit in a simpler way. But if you don't do any action on something, your life will be just nothing. Take life seriously and be open-minded on things because who knows one day bitcoin will make you successful but make sure you keep your status normally and don't boast. At the end, you won't regret your life being one of the bitcoiners.

This is true. Its really hard to choose what coin should we invest now and the least we can do now is trust what we have. It's a make or break decision of every trader. We invest and gamble for our future as we're just holding in our beliefs that soon, our coins will make us a millionaire.

One problem with investment is when a coin starts to move upwards many investors jump in thinking they will be too late if they do not buy now. Sometimes it is true but in many cases it is a small spike that returns to previous levels. Try to check why a coin is on the rise.

Ahh you are right but it is not like 3 4 months ago. trends are not good enough for many coins and they are very wavy. Damn bitcoin is still affecting the altcoin prices. Market is still not relaxed after 1st august  :-\

One of the disadvantages of watching an Altcoin and its charts is that the person could be watching the trading history plus the charts and not taking action when they should. The coin goes up and they begin to regret on why they didn’t make a purchase. My best advice would be to enter a trade only if the person really likes the coin.

I like your spirit, but we must be real, alt coin can make us become millionaire but it is hard to predict which coin to invest, the risk of investing in alt coin is so high, choose the wrong coin can caused to lost more money and I dont dare to put too much money on alt coins, because it is too dangerous

It looks like in the long term the main regret of people is to have sold, not to have hold a coin.
Some coins you hold will probably fail, but most will eventually grow in time and some will make you hit the jackpot.
Diversification is the secret.

Because of the success of early adopters of bitcoin, everyone thinks that crypto is make you rich thing. But that is also the thinking of the scam coins out there. They know there will be lots of investors in their scam coins because everyone want to be like the early adopters of bitcoin. Here in crypto, as proven by the first and only Bitcoin, the early bird catches the worm. You buy early, that means you are buying them cheap. Therefore you have a longer time to hold them, which also means the profit you will get is also bigger. Because the longer you hold the larger the profit.

Well I guess choosing the best coins can be checked at coin market cap website and there you can really have a quick checking on the ability of the coin whether it rise or not after the investments you push through for it. I know risk is always there even with trading, your decisions and impressions of the asset is the best keys in order to generate bigger profit in when the sell value reached higher in the trading market of crypto currencies. Definitely you will be that possible to be rich if ever you got into long term holdings of your altcoins investments.

We are not late in entering the world of cryptocurrency even though the bitcoin's price is so high right now. And many coins succeeded and some are still in the process of succeeding in the present. You can also participate to ICO promotion campaigns and earn crypto without investing ! You have to put time and effort to promote campaigns you believe in but at the same time you learn a lot while reading and writing on bitcointalk.org forum !

Unless taking action you buy a scamcoin, the question is just how much you have to wait to see your coin raise. Sooner or later, coins which don't die out, happen to raise in value at some point. Or not.

Here the golden newbie advice of the day:

Long term speculation: Invest in coins with a new technology and with their own chain. There are not many new projects.

Short term speculation: Alt coins with a niche that surf on other coins chains such as that of Ethereum. These you must sell at their earliest pumped top. Such alt coins are in reality obsolete and exist only for the purpose of making quick money.

I dont think we can become millionairs that easy, I do think we can make some lovely dumb money investing in the right coins, but what is a right coin and when to invest?
The term buy low sell high is still valid!, after chosing good coins you will be rich in max 5 years from  now on, do not go down emotionally with price drops, think on long term when this shitty world accepts amazing blockchain technology, imagine all people investing and pumping money in cryptocurrency, you will be tilt till you get rich.

We're in the stage of adopting the technology, so as we studied about technology it will change the world rapidly and we can't say which is permanent in the world. Be aware of what is happening in our technology and our world. If you have a lot of money, save and hold it.

The regulations, very sensitive topic for the crypto world now because it can lead to chaos and unwanted loss of our investment. The crypto currency can still make us rich if we do we proper planning and it's execution for future investment. The crypto world is uncertain in both ways that's positive and negative, with that said it can fill up the wallets quickly or can drain even faster than that. crypto market still small when put beside forex trading. we need many people known about crypto then many investor will move from forex to crypto

there are just too many coins right now. I would personally only invest in BTC, LTC, ETH, Monero, Dash and VTC (this one is still very cheap atm and has a lots of potential).

This is the job dude :D I did not start yet but i wish to have this as a job, beside my current job of course. But cyrpto is not just cow to milk, it has a great technology underneath. For me, trying to figure what the f is this thing helped me a lot in understanding ongoin changes in global economy and tech/science in general.

Too many greedy people who's the only wish is to become a millionare and that's destroy bitcoin. I invested a little in some altcoins just to see how it's going to behave itself. I don't plan to become rich with bitcoin, I would be happy if I would have such source of work and money for long. Bitcoin had already gave me a lot, I just don't want to this be over with banning of bitcoin or it's pop.

I believe that the prices will eventually increase dramatically! We still have a long road until all the world buys in!
