Not enough details.

Random?  What algorithm?  How is it seeded?

You're not giving away 3.5 million on Twitter.   The winner will be one of your sock accounts.

By looking to his/her post history looks like you're right that its already an end game before the giveaway had started. If this is somehow a "legit giveaway" I don't think he/she would be afraid to provide a fair selection rather than saying "will be pick at random" . Sadly, it's a game over and yet people are still following him and retweeting, taking their chances even its only a glimpse.

btw, it's not 3.5 million. OP said 1000 worth of btc (in dollar).

are you kidding? but maybe you are right since the post above us already notice that this can be a end game as we knew there's no response
now from the OP and we are all still waiting for any update though there's still people around who's still chasing for their luck and doing
the said task.

I'm not kidding, some faucets are giving even less satoshis
anyway I don't want to tweet, at least before the OP will be able to explain more details

The possibility of this being legit is too low. Yet, I tried. lol. Congrats for having lots of followers.

That's a huge sum of money. He should escrow it for the people to believe in this giveaway.

I will tweet if op will give information on algorithm and escrow the fund. Otherwise, this is considered a scam attempt.
