I tried yesterday to transfer ( for testing purpose ) 1.5 NEO from my bittrex to the official windows GUI wallet Bittrex took 0.1 NEO transaction fee ( normal ), but I never received 1.4 NEO, but only 1 NEO So I lost in the transaction 0.4 NEO. Why ? We must transfer an integer, and non decimal amount to have the right amount and not loosing anything ? it is very clear on Bittrex => The NEO asset is not divisible. Please withdraw only whole numbers. Any fractions will be discarded. For example, if you withdraw 100.23 NEO, you will only receive 100 NEO.
