Just make it more simplier with no quotation marks and also > and < are commonly not included and is removed when doing a sign message. Theymos will take a while to respond but will respond and unlock the account if there is enough evidence behind it. EDIT: If your accounts are only member level then you might not be able to get them back - it was either member or JR member that weren't able to be reset due to how new the account is. It is now verified using brainwallet. @DreamweaverVCC : In addition to what jackg had said above, you can also send your proof using your signed message to Cyrus so the probability that it will get recovered sooner or later would be higher than just sending it to theymos.
