sadly I'm not able to use it , when I first discovered the site it was shown that it supports one of the mobile providers in my country but when I tried to refill my mob I was getting error messages

Well if you need to get it done by an app then you need an app called zebpay. I am not sure whether it works in any other country but it definitely works in India. You might need to verify your identification details before recharge.
