OP, you Asian people really need to stop trying to scam EVERY single system possible there is to SCAM. Buying followers s not allowed, how about you try to get some the old fashioned way? How about you try to work on social accounts for a change? Ha? Invest some effort into it.

No one or none any site will sell you any "legit" follower on Twitter. They all sell bots or fake looking followers and after sometimes you will lose like 30% of them, and add the fact that Twitter removes fake accounts randomly during the year (1-3 times yearly) So at the end you spend your money for nothing. Buying twitter followers will never give you any results. On top of that, if you are going to use this method to participate in twitter campaigns here, you are ripping off people (the owner and the manager).
Use twitter as it is: a social network. Interact with people, participate in conversations etc and you will meet people naturally

Why would you want to buy them anyway? It's really just fraudulent to have people buy followers. It doesn't reflect the truth and just plainly defeats the purpose of twitter and the follower system. Generally, they follow you for purposes of getting feeds from your post because they are interested in them. Not just because you bought them.

Think it this way, why any of the real people will sell themselves and be around you and hear your thoughts.?

if you need real followers in twitter no need to buy them just be active there with a nice tweets every day then will get dozen of them specially if account related to digital world (bitcoin\ALTs).

You could try using those people and also search on google for services similar to that.

Search is finished. You can't buy real followers. Real it means that someone wants to follow you and read your post because he thinks he can get useful information or funny things from you.
The purchased followers are here because they want to earn money for that service, and they are not interested in you and your posts. They only want his money. You can buy followers but REAL followers no way.
Also if you have twitter account and you want to buy audience it is better to close your account

Nope, there's no guaranteed that the followers that will be delivered to you are real because most of them are just a bunch of fake accounts and it's better if you'll do manually the asking of real followers to follow you. You can even try to put a service or offer that you'll follow people that will follow you and that's less cost for you. When I worked with SEO and SEM management company I noticed this. My company use to say that they will real search in Google from concern location for a month with some number limit. To say frankly it is completely fake.
