I have tried to offer my skills in signature designing but it is so hard to find a customer. I cannot provide them any previous work since I am just new to this forum. I just want to ask if there are any other bitcoin forums where in you can earn bitcoins and how?

I don't think you wouldn't get success elsewhere besides bitcointalk to be honest. Maybe you just need to rack up some activity and maybe atleast show us a bit of your work/portfolio so we know that you actually have the skills to design signatures?

You could try https://cryptocurrencytalk.com/. Probably won't get enough customers though since I think most of their signature campaigns are taken place here at bitcointalk.

Build a portfolio first so you can show to people your previous works. Don't be afraid to offer some for free of cost to build your portfolio. I understand you are looking money but making some for free will help you. Then you can go to the "Service" section and make a thread offering you services.
As others forum, you may visit Bitcoin Garden and forum.bitcoin.com but honestly, Bitcointalk is so big that you will find very less activity in others and see the same people, so it may be better to just focus here

I don't want to sound bashful or patronizing, but if you are a really skilled person then the best option is to create some examples of your work and include it in your portfolio.
You want to design the signatures are good at it? Then create various, random projects and fake services? Start a thread, include samples of your work there and it should be easier.
Additionally, from time to time signature campaigns start signature creation contests and everyone can submit an entry.
Honestly, if you want to earn money then there is no better play that bitcointalk AFAIK.

Why don't you try to find in altcoin section there are some new ICO releases every week or month and i think you can find some and make your own portfolio that you can offer also in services section for now that is the best you can do because there are Latest ICO releases every week and new signature campaigns
You have lots of competitors in services section you are not the only one who are designing signature so i think better to find it in altcoin section and hope that you can find until you can build your own portfolio and be a trusted. .

There are other forums around, but bitcointalk is the most active and populated one. Also most forums don't really allow advertisements on their signature so your services would not really be useful there. What you can do here is create sample signature designs, just go wild. Like make Samplecoin ICO or Luckytest Casino signatures, so they can see how well you work.

If you can't do it here , you cannot do it on other forums. This is the biggest and most popular bitcoin forum. The problem is on you. Shoe people what you can do, make free things , work on your reputation. If you are just coming here as a newbie and post some random shit thread( just example): "I create avatars, logos etc. Price in private" you are not going to do anything. Promote yourself and try harder before quit

bitcoin.com, bitcoingarden but it seems not a good place for you to find the customer because the site is not crowded as the bitcointalk forum, this is already a correct place for you. you must need more effort to find the customer.

i have an account of www.bitcointalk.club there, but never been using since i have no time there and not yet popular plus not much advertising platform for me to earn a little fund to post.

My advice mate,  you should be active in the forum because there's a lot of work to do if you wanted to advertise or earn funds like signature and forum campaigns. If you can be active for several months you will be able to qualify to several campaigns at marketplace altcoins sections and post wearing a signature of the campaigns which you will be hired of. Most importantly you must be having constructive post and with good sense so that the campaign manager will be able to appreciate your profile history.

If you are confident about your designing skills, the best place for you is this forum itself. Try looking for signature design competition where everyone can participate and everyone can analyse the participating design. In this way though you be or not be the winner, you would have a platform to show.
