We have been working our own project. As many other teams we were quite afraid of a possibility of having any problems with US authorities. So we did not allowed US citizens to participate in our ICO. Our lawyer suggested the same. But probably he is too much cautious. Since the marketing campaign for Pre ICO has started, we have received a lot of requests by Americans who are interested in investing. Our token Lord Coin doesn't produce a dividend. It is just an equivalent for some in-game virtual goods and services. Token usage is explained there: http://lordmancer2.io/#token (http://lordmancer2.io/#token) So from your experience can such tokens be sold to US citizens during the ICO? It depends how big project you have. some projects gather for 10 millions of Bitcoins that will be n few years worth few 100 millions.
