It works fine for me. Did you try password recovery and did you look into spam folder?
Maybe your account is hacked or you used another email? Search also for earlier hasflare emails in your email account. You should get a notificarion, if one changed the email. If all doesnt help ask support once more.

I don't think they are a scam in the way you are accusing them. The only responsible for the security of your account is you. I think that they are scam for the fact that you will never ROI with them, the same which goes on for all cloud mines, legit and scams, you won't make your money back in any of these sites.

based on your question no they aren't scam , accounts there still working and people are getting paid so maybe you need to contact them again
the password recovery should be automated though but IDK if that's the case with them

but if they are scam like a ponzi I'm not sure about that , even shady youtubers aren't promoting it heavily like genesis and hasing24 so no idea

Never heard of them being scam though, but i also had an account there and invested some bitcoins some months ago but then i did not visit there much, and today after reading this post i tried to open the site and i can't access the site. It says that the site is currently offline, and i feel a mining site should not be offline at all, so it can be anything, i don't know.

Hashflare has not tuned into scam yet but i never beleived any virtual miners.
I have faced uncountable losses from different miners, doublers when i was core fresher in bitcoin market.
This miner can also turn his face anytime.Never put your money in scam.

As it turns out the changed the terms of contract. what used to be sold as an unlimited contract the are limiting now. Which is no problem.
But they are changing existing contracts and they will run out latest 31.08.2018

So yea it looks like a scam to me. Have people invest (because as unlimited contract) and now change the it to a 1 year lasting term.
I would call hashflare a scam at this moment. They missled the customers to invest. They have been reliable on paying out the mining coins.
Make no mistake there. All was good. But since they have problems in buying Hardware (shortage of HW) they wanna resell the Hashrates again.
The Hardware was payed the customers and now they wanna fully cash in. Customers carried they risk and now since the exchange rate skyrocketet they wanna profit fully from it.

therefore again HASHFLARE.IO = SCAM
