Hello,

I was looking for some coins to invest, which has low market cap (<30m). I summarized a few coins which ones are most mentioned as a promising investment.

Here they are:
SHIFT
HMQ
PTOY
XSPEC
BAY
ZEN
DAR

Any suggestions? Which one shouldn't miss in portfolio? Should I avoid something?

What is the point of specifically looking for low market cap coins? Is it just because you like the extra risk?

I like Shift the best out of your list, btw.

this is the category (<30M) that could give 10x - 50x

I have some big coins in portfolio (waves, tenx,...) now I want to try some lower coins, maybe risky, but chance to big profits :-)

That makes sense; I figured that might be the case ... I was also considering doing the same thing. LBRY Credits seem encouraging.

i also have some shift and darcrus, but really only zen of these that i really have high hopes for

bay and ptoy could have potential too. the other ones i don't know enough about

Don't know much about others

but XSPEC is about 4 mils, best ANN coin there because of it is already WORKING wallet(the only wallet in crypto with integrated Tor + OBSF4 for Tor blocked counries)
So its not a scan(vaporware) guaranteed

Its is cheap cause it is not listed on any major exchanges (cryptopia is the one with most volume)

What's your ambition here? Hope they moon? A lot of these coins will do absolutely nothing for a LONG time.

Yeah, Shift is definitely good one. Decentralised web is a big potential.

SHIFT can be good as Sia or even better.

Definitely XSPEC. And here is why:

XSPEC is a privacy focused coin with unparalleled features. No other coin has the combination of:

• TOR integration
• Implemented fully with hidden services
• OBFS4
• Zero-Knowledge Proof
• Stealth Addresses

Now, with some governments trying to control crypto-currencies and limit privacy, coins with high anonymity will become even more important in the future. BTC, ETH, etc. are far from truly anonymous. But even coins, such as Monero, Dash, Pivx, Verge, are technically inferior and can, if not be "broken", then at least be blocked. Countries such as China and Iran, block Tor, and thus Monero etc. cannot be used securely in those countries. XSPEC does not have those limitations, and is thus the only truly untraceable and globally accessible coin.

Furthermore, using PoS v3 instead of PoW rewards ownership and with the planned Android wallet, it will not only appeal to all truly privacy conscious users, but also to people who did not have access to such a coin before.

As the devs have focused on developing a superior coin, but have not yet made much of a marketing effort, the coin is still vastly undervalued, despite being already featured as the 4th best performing ICO in history (in terms of % gain)

Waves is very above the 30m $ limit. They ask for the ones that are below 30m $ market capitalization.

Sonm, matchpool and humaniq can be the ones for this. They're all below 30m $ market cap. They have good ideas and teams.

XSPEC looks good, thanks. Do they plan on adding to bigger exchanges, and is there an active slack channel?

It is very important to understand what the purpose of these coins are for. 

For example:

Bitcoin was created as a replacement monetary system where as SHIFT is a Decentralized web app. Why give it value for a purpose it doesn't even support? What does it actually do and have the developers even delivered something? Many promises to build on the Ethereum platform have been made and Ethereum is a digital asset to begin with.

On that list I've had BAY, ZEN and XSPEC.

BAY has the double escrow and a good developer. Stick to their slack. This ones been sleeping for some time. Only 1% annual stake POS.

ZEN I was part of the ZCL/ZEN fork. ZEN has a masternode system. This is outdated and heavily centralized to POSv3. Furthermore, they run their servers all in the US. I dropped this project. They also had a civil war the first week between ZEN and ZCL dev's which was very unprofessional given they share code. I dropped my share right after the fork.

XSPEC is the sleeper of the under 30m marketcap. Its only 3.5m USD. It is important to understand that XSPEC has a POSv3 sysyem which stakes with 5% static inflation which does NOT require a set amount to receive rewards. This is both energy efficient to mining, and ALL the coins are in circulation. As of last week this became the most anonymous currency to date given the OBFS4 security layer. I would strongly recommend joining the slack as it is comforting to be in the presence of the developers on a daily basis.  I see their are a lot of XSPEC supporters here already, awesome to see!

I think even 30 million is a lot right now. The only coin I have studied in this range is Nimiq. How about the ones that are somewhere on 300th position on coinmarketcap?
Less than 1 million cap, are they all dead? It would be easier to get x10 there.

Even though SNC pumped today, I think it is still undervalued. Energy market is a huge and SunContract have little to no rival in crypto space. WGR and BAY are also good candidates.
