This thing happened few weeks ago on my account. But i dont know your case clearly. Maybe you can give more info to clarify the issue. Reaching them on forum would somehow give you the chance on being catered regarding on your problem. Its quiet odd that transactions didnt credit in other poloniex account since the origin of those zcash is on the same site too.
