I think the threat they publicized said that they would launch within 20 miles of the shore, but I'm not positive. And really who can you believe anymore. Even if they launch and miss their 20 mile off the cost of Guam target, I don't see good things from any of this. I wonder if we are speeding toward the point of no return.

I reckon it is not very high at the moment. For North Korea to attack any country first, basically means a total annihilation of their regime and possibly country.
