Im not sure if this is the wright section to post in.

I knew about xapo for a long time and i decided to give them a chance and try them out.


A few days ago i deposited 200 $ with neteller and bought btc without any issues.First i had to verify my account offcourse.

Thus morning i deposited 300$ via neteller but i keep getting messages like this when i try to buy btc:

This operation is not available at this moment. Please try again later.

Its been going on for a couple of hours now.Did anyone had the same experience with this.Their costumer support is probably the worst so hopefully someone can tell do these kind of things happen often??

Have patience dude,They do really make some maintenance on where their buying service isn't available for a moment and it do takes hours for it to go back. Don't rush up it will eventually available soon.I didn't tried to contact their support this is why I don't have an idea on how long they would gonna reply on such tickets. The best thing for now is too wait and try it for sometime until the service becomes available again.

Do xapo allows neteller to buy bitcoin  :o ???
I have never heard about that, from when they started accepting neteller deposits?

Yes it is worse and I suggest you to quickly send those bitcoin you have bought already to other bitcoin wallets where you will have full control over your bitcoins. if you have bought before than you should be able to buy again after few hours or may be days.

Xapo seems to accept neteller. There is no reason to disallow, but as we know, Xapo doesn't accept deposits from all services.
In search from xapo, there is no statement about xapo, as I see, but neteller related questions appear with no negativr statement:
