Don't understand the language in the video but its from 2014 and looks like it was a city hit by a flood which destroyed everything in that region the video looks like a redbull advertisement.

But I saw this project called ATLANT and they had an embedded video (It's Not like that anymore, I think they changed it but I swear that it was embedded before) - I remember because I remember seeing it and thinking "hmm that's strange. you can 1. make gif and then upolad . 2. for short video convert it to images then make it gallery |
