Has Trump mentioned BTC at all?

My guess:

Trump is Pro America. Trump is thus pro Dollar and wants companies like Apple to bring all their billions off shore back in the tax system. Trump is anti deep state and anti status quo. Bitcoin is and shall remain away from any gov and states in the world. I love Trump but It would be strange if he would embrace Bitcoin.

On the other hand Trump would and should love the Blockchain and applied the protocol to the US bureaucracy. The deep state HATES keeping braid crumbs behind. Hard drives get destroyed or disappear. FOIA requests are delayed, or trapped in the even horizon of a paperwork black hole. Applying Blockchain tech to a gov would be a paradigm shift of a biblical level. The citizens would find strange and unethical for a government not to have a blockchain protol in place afterward.

Either way: Trump does not like bitcoin. People who hate Trump would put more trust in BTC and the value goes up. Trump loves Bitcoin and the system would be ready to accept it as an official currency, making the value of bitcoin goes up.

Just the guess of a newbie on bitcointalk.

Hmmm.....

But has Trump mentioned investing in gold? Has he mentioned Apple Pay? Etc. Of course the answer is no.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if we start hearing him or his admin mention blockchain, though.

Exactly. The blockchain tech is not the same as bitcoin (yes it is) from a political position. Anything he could say would influence the market big league! and could be played against his bigger agenda. This is  true for any president or chief of state around the world, not to be seen as a direct and open vector of influence. The perception that is. Obviously we know better...

Doesn't matter.
He can't even mention about his countries problem.
And he isn't the president of bitcoin.

If true then President Trump is a powerful voice, not a weak echo...

I think the way it's really working is that whenever someone says "And we are intensely pursuing the BLOCKCHAIN technology in (medicine, financial, blah blah blah)...

there is a message being sent at the same time, the unspoken but heard message...

"....And dudes ----BITCOIN ROCKS!!!!"

If true then President Trump is a powerful voice, not a weak echo...

I don't think that he has ever mentioned Bitcoin in any of his speeches. But if I am not wrong, his son-in-law (Jared Kushner) once told the reporters that someone tried to blackmail him, to make a payment in Bitcoin).

He might not mention about BTC but it will be in the back of his mind. He is a business man. If he thinks, he can make more money with Bitcoin, he'll do something about it.

I don't think so. Bitcoin probably is the least of trump's concern considering all the things happening in america and in the world in general. He probably would have something to say about it in a the future and if btc still shoots up in price

Nothing to question that trump don't even mentioned bitcoins but his advance knowledge through the mechanism and technology is better than than out knowledge. If his son use to pay with bitcoins, trump is much a user and a holder of it.
