i hade a problem with Biostar tb250-btc pro motherboard. From bios i upgrade bios to latest version via internet pci e card i did all gen 2 mining mode When click enable black screen come one on dos screen not not opened windows. If mining mode close i cant see more than 4 card. When put 1more card (5th) 3 gpu from device manager show exclamation mark. i got 5 rx 580 , 8gb graphic card, 4 x armor, 1 x red devil. what am i missing? Thanks Title: Re: TB250-BTC PRO not seen more than 4 gpu Post by: totko on August 18, 2017, 08:25:08 PM Hmm try manually updating bios , in bios set mining mode on 6+ card, and set everything to GEN 1 not 2
Problem is resources on mobo and how the bios manages it! Title: Re: TB250-BTC PRO not seen more than 4 gpu Post by: Johny101010 on August 18, 2017, 09:02:18 PM 2 things:
1. Check to make sure you are using mining Mode UEFI unless you are using a custom Linux distro. 2. And most importantly check your risers. Usually, in every pack of 4 you have a bad one. That will screw up the whole setup. Title: Re: TB250-BTC PRO not seen more than 4 gpu Post by: Cereberus on August 18, 2017, 09:21:34 PM This fix is easy. As long as you see 5 GPU-s recognized although with exclamation mark it is no problem. I have already advised to many persons to do this and the majority of them have been successful.
Download DDU(Direct Display Uninstaller) google it. Uninstall the driver/s of all cards completely. Reboot. Download and install the latest drivers from AMD website. Also you better change every PCIE to Gen1 and not Gen2 from Auto.
