I can do what you are looking for. I have been a web designer since 1996 and I have kept up with new developments.
You can see an example of my latest work here
http://www2.warnerbros.com/spacejam/movie/jam.htm

As you can see, I'm very good at what I do and didn't use a single spinning gif of an envelope as a contact us icon. Way ahead of my time.

Work of this calibre doesn't come cheap though. You better be prepared to budget for at least $30 for a similar site.

Thanks, but that does not come even close to what we are looking for. Budget is not an issue. Budget is 10 BTC (~1200 usd current rate) if work is done good enough. This is for html / css only.

Next?

Nope, that's actually the 'Keep Calm' poster font: http://www.k-type.com/?p=2199 (http://www.k-type.com/?p=2199)

Ah, sorry, looked a bit similar :)

I wouldn't call your site very usable through. There's no dead zone between your "contact me buttons", and you can't click on "what I do" or "what I've done"

And I'd like to think people would want to see your work first before contacting you, not the other way around.

It's meant to show off my work, explain what I'm about and give people some contact methods. It seems to be serving its purpose fairly well. I'll probably end up redesigning it eventually.
