Title: Lights...Camera...Bitcoin!
Post by: desert.r0se on August 19, 2017, 06:35:19 AM
Do you think, actors/actresses in film industry are in bitcoins?

How about the royalties, sheikhs, prince and any others?

Lastly, if you can describe your "Bitcoin Life", what movie it would be?

I think if it was a movie, it would be like a spiderman that had sudden strength (bitten by a spider) and crawled up.

Actually, you are too late in asking this question because there are now many celebrities, sportsmen and even politicians who are investing some money in Bitcoin. Whenever these famous people reveal that they are also into Bitcoin, the media always report them as something worth of a space to mention with. I would not wonder why we have moneyed and well-known people getting into cryptocurrency...and of course the reason why is they also want to make more money using the money they already have. Bitcoin has become the best investment medium so far surpassing all the other tools available in the market (well, except maybe some illegal activities).

I am not a celebrity but I am also in Bitcoin because I believe that there is a big future waiting for me here. I am just holding to the Bitcoin that I already got and add as much as possible (though this is getting really prohibitive as Bitcoin is now staying stubbornly at the $4,000 level).

Bro just take a look at Floyd Mayweather Jr. He supported the stox and said that he could earn a lot from it. If you are not believing it try to search it he has a post on instagram I think that he is into cryptocurrency earning and already earning from his investment. Will you look at him you can't see on his face that he is a bitcoiner just like us.

Hollywood, Bollywood stars are into bitcoin. Some of them endorse bitcoin as well. Bitcoin has penetrated a lot of industry and movie industry is not a exception. What's good about it, those people have a lot of money to begin with, so its very easy for them to penetrate the market because of large capital.

I wouldn't be surprise if we see news in the future those stars coming out of the closet and telling their stories on how they found and how much bitcoin they have invested in the beginning and now they are reaping all the rewards.

Yes they definitely would but not directly, most of these actress and actors invest through their agents, that often set up off shore accounts and since Bitcoins have no tax they definitely are a big part of it, but none of them are ever going to come forward and say it, if they do the authories shall mess up their lives. Only one movie you can name is 777 the unstoppable, that train that's left on the throttle, like Bitcoin is left on the upward and no one can stop it.

Floyd got paid a ton of money for that single instagram post to promote Stox, he just added the #bitcoin hashtag to get more traffic. I doubt he owns bitcoin or cares about any of this. I mean he might have appointed someone to buy him some who knows... but I doubt it. This was just a marketing move from the Stox guys to pump their ICO, that is all.

I wouldn't be surprised if any of them are into Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies already because they are our brothers and sisters and they live their normal lives as us and so if they choose to pursue Bitcoin with the private life I don't think it's anything worth telling the public about.

Mike Tyson owned a bitcoin ATM. Floyd Mayweather ran an ad for an ICO. Some UFC fighters asked for bitcoin donations to fund their training camps. Some journalists and political figures have come out publicly in support of bitcoin(some for donations).

I can't remember any actors or actresses being involved with crypto though. I think celebrities are more into getting rid of the money they have by buying silly overpriced items than they are making money.

My guess is that most people with big money have people manage their money for them,
which would include bitcoin.  Remember Bernie Madoff and that whole scandal?  Those
actors and whatnot, they all entrusted their money with him and look what happened.  I
highly doubt the big wigs are dabbling in bitcoin themselves.  Some of them, maybe but
they got more important things to worry about.  They sure as hell don't post here that
I know of.

I'm only aware of Ashton Kutcher (shilled for BitGo), Mike Tyson (shilled for some Bitcoin ATM) and Floyd Mayweather (who shilled for some ETH token ICO, so not even Bitcoin). Who else was there?

I'm sure that famous folks have got at least a bit of skin in the game by now. They have financial advisors, and the whole financial world is just now starting to take cryptocurrencies seriously. But there aren't many famous people that are openly promoting it.

Hope you are aware that an actor or an actress have a big team to handle their big payments and do you think they are not smart enough to understand smart investments, they will be having a good team around who would advise them about good investment opportunities ,take for example the recent Mayweather instagram post where he was boasting his investment in an ICO.

Why not try to add news anchors? For sure there are actors and actresses that are in bitcoins. As long as they can see it is very interesting and profitable any type of people will get in it. And not just bitcoin they are also into alt coins I have watched a video that there is someone (popular and I forgot the name) advertising crypto.

Actors , the good ones have so much money in them that maybe they don't even know what bitcoin is. Very few of the actors, I think they know about bitcoin and even fewer have invested here. Sheikhs which are people who want to take profit from every single financial opportunity might be deeply involved with bitcoin, they may have bought large amounts of bitcoins when the price were much lower than it is now.

I'm sure some of them are in Bitcoin without knowing it. Their investment bankers are handling everything and doing all the trading, the clients don't even know what's going on with their money. They are asked if they want to go low med or high risk, that's all.
