i am using blockchain.info wallet and when i try to send bitcoin i am getting this error. I also faced this error once. In my case, there had been a transaction that was sent before, but was not confirmed yet and didn't propagate through the whole network very well. In my case, I just rebroadcasted the transaction and waited until it was confirmed, then the error disappeared. If you have sent some bitcoins before but the transaction is not confirmed so far, just wait. Otherwise, just wait for the transaction to disappear from the mempool (maximum 3 days) and then retry again.
