Can you clarify what you meant by GreyHat and cannot be patched ? By not being whitehat, do you mean to shrug off your liabilities and responsibilities that the services can be stopped by the providers and since you specified GreyHat, you shall not be held responsible for that?

I think he meant by "Greyhat" that the method is between white and blackhat in other words between legal and illegal and he claims that his method/method can't get stopped by these providers.But since only whitehat methods who don't get "patched" I think there is a chance to see providers taking down this method.

That's absolutely right but there is no chance the providers taking this down because it's a part of their systems
