Title: help needed - BTC-BCH
Post by: cerealino123 on August 19, 2017, 02:55:15 PM
Hello

im a newbie and have few bitcoins on blockchain.info stored on an imported address since years now, and have the wallet seed.

I would like to xfer those to a new wallet then pull out the bch via electron cash using the seed

Question i have is if the import via seed procedure will work even if the btcs on blockchain info are stored on an imported address

Thanks to anyone helping.

Your question is less clear, can you make it simpler and easier to understand for everyone?

Ok :)

i moved btcs out of my blockchain.info account

now i am importing the blockchain.info seed into an electron cash wallet, but nothing shows up.
Is this because i had btcs stored onto an imported address in blockchain.info?

how do i retrieve bch?

Thanks

If you imported private keys to Electron Cash and you don't see any BCH, you can try to choose different network server in wallet settings.

If you want to claim bch, you can also do it here.
