My total investment in cryptocurrency is 1000$ and I am still in loss because of inexperience in start. I am in since 9th June and effected very much because of bearish market in last 2 months because of SEGwit split. More I made many mistakes which helped me learn new things and I am still learning.
what is your total investment and are u in profit or loss? how much old trader you are?

Yesterday, I trade only worth 3 ethereum and I already made a double from my 3 ethereum, and I got 6 ethereum for my result. But you may choose the wrong way to trade. Because you choose the wrong way to take the timing to buy the coin, remember just to buy the coin at the price of the coin is stable or down and never try to buy the coin at the time that the price already pumped.

I have $ 5400 bitcoin asset value and I feel a lot of profit because I bought it at a cheap price and now it has gone up to more than 200%

Um, investment? $150? Am I profitable? Yes. Yes I have more than $150 worth of bitcoins right now haha. I work for bitcoins though so I guess that's the main difference.

That is a decent amount of investment. Try to learn to book some profits now and then and try to buy again at a lower price so your profit margin will go high. If you don't know how to do it then just hold onto it for next couple of years to see even higher profits. I have around 20K investment in crypto currencies altogether.

I don't get it if you invested in june how are you in loss. If you simply kept holding your coins you could have doubled by now it's sad most of these newbies either gamble and lose or follow signals of any random group or join pumps.
For me i am still in really good profit in terms of price and i have also doubled the amount of btc I'm holding without buying it but by trading.

Just recently I panicked, I think that was yesterday or the other day. 70 dollars lost thanks to BCH pump that made bitcoin price go down.
Didn't regret it though because it kept on going down which could be more loss if I stayed. I bought back at the possible lowest price but I think that aint enough of waiting. Really hard to make a trade when you are not thinking well

I do not count exactly how many bitcoins I've invested. Probably about 4 to 5 bitcoins I've transacted, this is a small amount when compared with other experienced traders. I've been doing this job for about 2 years and I think this is an exciting job because I can do while resting at home with my family. Making a profit and also getting a loss in trading is a common thing, no one can always get a profit and no one is always a loss.

I did a total investment of $80 and suffered a loss in the beginning but bitcointalk rescued me as there were signature campaigns which i participated in. I didnt lose all of my money but 40% of it were gone in trading and the rest were kept idle by me as i thought not to invest it in trading. Anyways i recovered the loss by participating in campaigns and i got back my money. Now i get only profit . I earn Bitcoin, trade it, Invest it and i am thinking to keep the cycle going on for the rest of my life.
I just love the bitcointalk community and happy to be a part of it. There is so much to learn and earn.

I started investing last year around 1.8 btc but I'm still a newbie in trading so I lost more than half of my investment. I stop for a few months in trading and wasn't able to check what was happening in crypto world because of lack of internet connection. I just came back recently and then slowly earning what I lose back then. I am still at a loss now but if my timing is right in trading then I might be able to breakeven or will profit in a month or two hopefully.

In this trading job we should not make investment directly but we need perfect time to buy and sell the coins because to do work is not a matter but to do work in perfect way is a big matter .
Here i myself made investment about 5000$ in the bitcoin and altcoins trading and now today i have net profit double of this .
And now i want currently pause my work of trading and want to do long term investment in coins and ICOs Because currently i am busy in my practical job .
I think here you need a perfect network of friends where you can make discussion of the trading and about to buy and sell of the particular coin and also analysis about the coins future .
In this way you will be able to make better earnings easily  ( but still profit and loss are oart of the trading )

Are you very much talking about bitcoin specifically or other alt coins,if you check at the charts the price of bitcoin has risen a lot and how can that give you a loss unless you invested when the price was over $4500 and since you said you are trading since June 9 th you must be at a hundred percent profit if you really invested in bitcoin.

In fact it was indeed an experience is the most important thing is to be able to benefit. Because if we don't have an experience would be a little difficult to be able to benefit. Indeed profitable investment but we also have to be able to do an analysis, because an analysis will never miss the mark from the results you will get. Actually I only invested a little in Bitcoin because most of my investments are in the Alternative coins but so far within 5 months of holding on to bitcoin I have already profited more than half of my bitcoins and even withdrawn already my capital for it and left the profits. What I did is I diversified my coins when bitcoin price went down, that maybe one of the reasons why I had profit more than loss.

Fortunately I am still having profit. This is due to an ICO that I sold for 20x.

My total investment is not too big in cryptocurrencies. I'm still in profit atm, thanks god for that :) i had big profit on March-May 2017 when many altcoin went up and i sold at right time.

Not ever. I did not even have the ability to handle big money. It's just foolish to do what happened to me. Since 2015 I started with bitcoins. And no one has earned me BTC. I'm hurt because I worked hard for all of them and just created Investment sites I did not know I would continue to do so. Today I got together. I'm keeping this in my trading day and I'm pretty sorry to be able to keep up with it so I can buy that I'm really saying BITCOINS.

I've been here for 3 months, I have 0.3 btc and this small amount gave my 750 bucks profit in short term. Not bad, I'm happy I've never been in loss anyway. I got my bitcoins for 1500 bucks unit price. Not the unit price is above 4000 bucks.

Can't say i'm in loss though since mostly the btcs thaylt i use come from earning in from several services like faucets and campaigns. To that makes losing a lot more bearable than losing money that's deposited from your own money.

My total investment is $100 and my total profit from now is about $1000. I earn the $1000 in the trading, I can say that the trading is really profitable and many altcoins is really good for investment.

obviously i am enjoying a great profit. though i had come to bitcoin very late and i took very long to take the decision that either i invest in it or not but i think by going through all of this yeah i have made a huge profit through it from 2014 to right now. the price has reached to the moon recently  and i am hoping to reach $10000. i am just waiting right now.

My total investment is about $3.5k+. Some on Bitcoin, Ethereum, and some crypto token. I am a regular crypto trader. I like to trade daily. And from the daily trade, I make a good profit. Basically, I love to buy some coin on ICO time and Dumping time. And then I hold them for a long time. When it Pumps again then I sell my token and get a large profit.

please consider paper trading before commiting real money/cash

Paper trading is when you use "fake" money to trade and test out strategies, there are various simulators online to paper trade, just google it

my suggestion to you would be to buy and hold, don't trade - don't sell

buy and forget about it.. come back in five years
