Post by: buwaytress on August 19, 2017, 08:41:55 PM Your current denomination is mBTC, which is a thousandth of a bitcoin, ie. 1 mBTC = 0.001 BTC. So your 109.28562 mBTC is 0.10928562 BTC. If this confuses you, you have to change your denomination to BTC, then you'll see the full eight decimals. Preferences menu>appearance>base unit. Choose BTC.
Title: Re: Electrum does not accept 8digit decimal, How to transfer, please help! Post by: NorrisK on August 19, 2017, 08:45:20 PM I think the problem is that you want to trasfer the entire amount, but that you forget you need to include a fee.
Let electrum choose the recommended fee and subtract that from the amount you want to send. Title: Re: Electrum does not accept 8digit decimal, How to transfer, please help! Post by: umsiddiqui on August 19, 2017, 09:03:33 PM Thanks, this got me started in the right direction!

If you're concerned about the 0.09, don't be, that's just the change coming back to your wallet... It isn't being sent to anyone else ;)http://imgur.com/a/fodZ8 |
