UPDATE: - Its a standard Visual Studio Enterprise (Formally, MSDN) Invitation received on Email. Activated the VS and its working fine. Activated the Azure $150 monthly credit account and working fine. OP was quick. This is pretty much everything what MSDN covers, if you are new to MSDN, it provides the licenses for all Microsoft Tech tools and services (windows, Office, VS etc), also 150$ monthly credit for Azure Subscription, apart from all of these, you will receive many other benefits like partner tools at discounted rates, premier technical support for all your technical queries related to Azure. Note to buyers: You should always use Escrow before making any deal. Even though the deal completes, OP will still have control over your VS Enterprise subscription and he can disable it anytime from his Bizspark Admin Panel. Though he can not "resell" that account given to you. (I'm assuming OP is selling Bizspark MSDN invites). Still, all you can hope for is trust from OP. Good luck OP.
