Title: Summation of all hashpower out there
Post by: jaywaka2713 on May 19, 2013, 08:45:57 PM
It would be really interesting to see the total amount of hashpower being generated towards all of these SHA-256 and Scrypt coins.

There is about ~5 GHash/sec that moves around between scrypt coins as various new profitable coins come on the market (mostly mining ASAP at launch)

They fall back to litecoin when nothing is promising.  Litecoin has a floor of about 15 GHash/sec

There are about 50 altcoins out there dude. I don't want 50 daemons on my computer LOL.

I have heard of people using Litecoin as the fallback. As for me, I've chosen MinCoin as mine.
