what is the question exactly ?

so you have 5 radeon rx 560 in an asrock 81

and u have a asrock 110 for 13 card +3 r9 390 trix  - so are u using 16 cards ? in that mobo ?

what this mean :  "the cost is very high 1.30kw / h"  ???

Low energy = lower elec. costs, so it depends on your price per kw/h. low energy also means lower temperate (in most cases) = more efficient and stable mining.

For me the sweet spot is 60% - 95% based on the coin. For example:

* Ethash (60-70%)
* Equihash (85%)
* Skunkhash (95%)
