Best wallets are hardware wallets like Ledger, LeepKey, Trezor. They do not charge transaction fee. You pay fee to miners.
iOS app for bitcoin is Breadwallet it's the best one. But still hardware wallet recommended to buy

Electrum is good wallet.
BTW fee size does not depend on which wallet you are using (it's given by the network).

I don't think the fee is dependant of the Wallet. It is the network wich requires fees.
If you want to be able to set your own fee, use a wallet that supports this. Like BT-Core

No matter what is it,you can change your transaction fee.
but if you do that and make it under average fee, more likely your wallet will be credited in a month or around that time.
go here check it how long it will takes if based on your fee :
https://bitcoinfees.21.co/
average fee is around 226 byte or around 64.000 satoshi,
if you lower your fee,you will get it more than 2 days if i am not wrong.

i suggest you to pick a green one, because it's the faster between all of them.
so,fee for more than 100.000+ will be prioritized other than else below,

and the best wallet so far from many review are Trezor, and electrum.
other than that i don't know

fee using pay the miner for processing your transaction if your transaction want faster you must pay miner more, and if your transaction processing slowly you can pay less, just choose this choice.

Use Blockchain.info online wallet and you will be able to set your transaction fee. And before setting the transaction fee, check sites such as bitcoinfees.21.co, to see how much time it is going to take for the confirmations, with your proposed fee.
