We can't call them scam till now but their support system is really poor and they are known for frozing account without any prior notice. I have shifted to bittrex already but I suggest you to get basic verification there too before using them, if you failed to do so you might get into similar trouble there too. Poloniex is not a scam, poloniex is just short of manpower, therefore every ticket that is addressed to poloniex support is very long got response from poloniex. You better find another alternative to contact the poloniex team, I've seen someone ever give a link here for poloniex team in reddit. |
