Title: Antminer S9 13,5TH - under/overclocking, temperature and loudness Post by: btctroll on August 20, 2017, 04:09:42 PM I have started mining now with a s9 13,5th batch and because of the loudness i have underlcocked the machine down to 575.00M frequency with a fan percentage of 43%.
Fan speed is at 3,120/3,720. The loudness in dB 75-80 but i always think the psu is louder, just because of the small fan. The temperatures are the moment max. 67° PCB and 99° Chip. The room temperature is about 20° All in all i have about 12-12,3TH which works for me now at best. I dont have tested the consumption yet but it should be not more than 1200w. Bitmain says 0-40°, i have read not more than 90° PCB and 115° Chip, other say not more than 60° PCB. The s9 stops automatically at 80° but in tests at 90°... How do you guys run this loud beast?
