Title: Now accepting Bitcoin for Print and/or Design Work Post by: BitPappa on May 20, 2013, 01:32:43 AM Hello,
I'm a graphic designer and print seller with 25 years experience, and I've become a rather rabid Bitcoin enthusiast in the past few months. I have decided that my company will start accepting Bitcoin as payment, and I put together a website to help promote working with Bitcoiners: print4bitcoin.com (http://print4bitcoin.com) Bitcoin developers, start-ups, and others in the community, I'd like to work with you. If you need design work, offset printing (business cards, brochures, etc.), digitally-printed signage (up to 48"x36"), motion graphics, or any other printing or design work, please take a look at the link and feel free to reach out to me. I've already completed a very successful rush project for a client getting ready for Bitcoin 2013 (my first ever job paid for in BTC!). I have no clue if I'll have few or many hits from this reach out, it's a bit of an experiment to see if accepting Bitcoin (and trying to notify the community) has any effect on a getting new client. Please note that I do get quite busy with very large projects at times, so I may not always have time for a large or rush project. Thanks! http://print4bitcoin.com/external/students-for-liberty-bitcoin-flyer.pdf You can find out more about this organization at studentsforliberty.org, and yes, they do accept donations in Bitcoin. I haven't seen many print pieces that explain Bitcoin, and my design/print business was proud and excited to donate the printing of 5,000 flyers for this organization (note that we did not design this piece). If you belong to a non-profit that's trying to get the message out about Bitcoin, please feel free to contact us. |
