Good day, may I know what Alt coin wallet you are using? Im planning to create one but I dont know what's the best and MOST TRUSTED. Consider this as a survey. Thank you

I suggest that altcoin wallet is Ethereum, because there are also many projects that ask for Ethereum address to receive the gift, but you also have to be careful when looking for Ethereum because many of you do phishing where, the key you have to be careful. I myself use my ether wallet to store altcoin.
There is very easy to register and it looks good too.

There isn't a single so called best altcoin wallet.  You will need multiple wallets depending on which coins you invest in or you can just leave them on the exchanges which I would not recommend.

I am using only coin owners website like ETH for MEW, and for waves is waving wallet.However, I found this wallet on Google also suggested by a Hero member of this group: https://holytransaction.com/ you can try it. I thinking it will help you a lot.but try to use that wallet that has the private key.

 
you gotta wait for the development of bitquence because thisis one of the project will one day dominate among the wallets. will outrank poswallet and the rest. everyone is consideing its future which is wh at a very short time, BQX has risen already.

I have used it for around a year and never get serious problem ,
My coworker store thousands dollar money there too and so far so good i can vouch it ,
The other altcoin wallet did not as popular as coinomi i guess , so just beware on choosing which one ;) .

For storing my ethereum I use exodus and ethereum wallet, I further use cryptonator for storing dash, ltc, monero etc. Finally,  I use depotwallet or nanowallet to store my xem and dimcoin. There are a lot of wallets to choose from, you just have to determine which one works best for you.

I'm using myether wallet for stroring my token. Until these days I don't have any problem sending and recieving token/altcoin in my wallet. This myether wallet is being used just save the private keys and you are all set.

Its depends what kind of altcoin if it's ethereum contract token then you can use myetherwallet wallet but if not I suggest coinomi.

I think the best online altcoin wallet is myetherwallet.com because the wallet is very trusted and very safe because at the time of making wallet there is a very good security option. Such as file Keystone and other option. Myetherwallet view is also very simple and easy to use.

I think if your altcoin is for etherum based  you can use myetherwallet, but if your atlcoin for waves based coins you can use waves.io. For coins that want to be stored in a long time like bitcoin you can use an offline wallet eg electrum. And to be more secure keep the private key well and if you want to open your wallet make sure that your wallet site is correct and not web phishing.  :)

yes. I usually also use myetherwallet.com. They have a good standard of security and they also have unique methods to provide extra security. So I guess they are suitable to recommend as wallet altcoins.

Im just using Myetherwallet it is the best way for altcoins and it is safe. And also you are the one holding you key the soft copy and hard copy its for UTC and it is also most trusted wallet that im using this Myetherwallet. I know have many wallet for altcoins but must better using myetherwallet.

I have everything going smooth with MEW and it's very safe. You only notice to avoid going to a fake website which these days many pop up frequently.

For altcoins, you may want to try coinomi as they're supporting multiple currencies. Jaxx is something you may want to look as well as they've been partnering with numerous projects. For assets (ERC20). You're good to go with the official wallet from Ethereum such as mist, geth and for web mew. Goodluck.   

Altcoin wallets vary depending on the particular coin. Myetherwallet or MEW for short is one option. ETH-based coins can also be sent to your MEW. There is also waveswallet.io. Waves-credited coins and tokens can also be saved there. The great thing about waves is that you can do the trading there.

yeah I think every altcoin has its own wallet, of course the best is the offline wallet of every altcoin. But if you want to find a wallet that can save many altcoin maybe you can use the exchange lol. I used coinwallet.co. But it looks like the site is now closed, I usually use the exchange to store all the altcoin I have, because it's more flexible

Each altcoin have different wallet. If the token is based on ethereum platform you can use myetherwallet and if the token is based on waves platform you can use waves wallet. There also counterpary.io wallet and many more. So as you see you can use wallet depending on your token. But what I mentioned are the most popular and trusted.

That’s the only wallet that seems good to use right now because of the long wait for Blockchain to synch. I know that there’s a bunch of people upset about Ethereum’s Blockchain loading really slow so they use that then they complain when their wallet gets hacked. If those people use Myetherwallet as a kickstart for their Blockchain speed then I would suggest that they change their password or switch wallets when they download the whole Blockchain on a desktop computer because online wallets can’t be trusted at all. I am not bashing on Myetherwallet, I am just giving facts.

Coinomi for me is the best altcoin wallet. I've been using it for months now and I'm not having any issues. It's very easy to use and transactions are really fast. It also supports a lot of coins almost 78 coins, so if you are a fun of collecting altcoins from faucet, coinomi will be the most suitable wallet for you. The only downside for this is that there is no desktop application available so if that's a problem for you then you can go with Jaxx I haven't used it yet but I heard it's also a good wallet and it has almost the same features as coinomi.

I agree with you I think the best way to save an alternative coin is myetherwallet because it has security through private key but has a deficiency of phishing attacks

I think it depends on the type of altcoin. As I know there are altcoin based waves, ethereum, nxt, and which has its own platform

I would suggest coinomi. Been using this for months and so far I don't encounter any issues using this. It is a multi signature wallet, it means every transaction the address will be changing. It caters a lot of coins so you don't need to use different wallets.

I chose to use xapo wallet which when we use it there is no levy of transaction fees and has adequate security

for me i am using MEW = Myetherwallet this wallet will give you/ generating new ethereum wallet which can be use for sending transaction. im my opinion it is good because it will store your ether in yourself not on the exchange [which some of exchange having some trouble because of missing coins] which is happen mostly on your computer and not on the server and now it is your responsible to keep safe the key...

Until now there is no problem in Myetherwallet that I have.

Well there is no such thing as an alternative coin wallet. If you think that there is a wallet for btc there could be wallet for other cryptocurrency. Well there is but you must base it on exchangers where it belongs. Or there could be a specific wallet for them. For example for ethereum (eth), there is an specific wallet for that, myetherwallet.com or you can store it on a exchangers like bittrex.

this will be easy if you use myetherwallet.com, as most people wear it, and almost all of these projects use this wallet. And easier to apply.

Same like other people said in this thread, myetherwallet is still the best altcoin wallet so far. Easy to use, easy to make new wallet and the fee is quite low too. If you are using myetherwallet always check it twice on the website, is it the real myetherwallet website or phising sites before enter your wallet because there are many cases about myetherwallet hacker.

Jaxx is not good. I can't sent one time transaction for long time. After this problem i tried coinomi and it still ok.
But you need to understand, that the best way - use each wallet seperately for appropriate coin, it is most safety.

Many altcoin wallets what you asking about is hacking. So you can keep there not big amounts.
For my opinion it is more safety than wallets at exchanges. But still quite dangerous.

I only use two altcoin wallets myether and waveswallet. I think this two wallets are trusted because many people are using this to get their stakes after each campaign. Both of them are secured and user friendly, it's really easy to use and easy to do transactions. Feel free to suggest any if you guys still know some.

For now I prefer to use Etherium Wallet or MEW for the altcoins based to etherium and Waves wallet,, Etherium Wallet because so far I have not any problem about safety,, and I used Waves wallet because we can trade there and have no fee transfer when we wd them

Usually I use myetherwallet wallet because of its very simple use and excellent security. Myetherwallet is also able to store many types of altcoin.

while planing on using a wallet, one thing one should always put in mind is the security of his/her (i.e knowing how secure your funds are), i personally prefer using a wallet i know have access to it private key in-case issues arises. with (https://www.myetherwallet.com) you are entittle to your private key incase any thing happens to the wallet you can easy retrieve your funds back with the help of your private key.

I mostly use etherium because it does not happen so often that every obstacle wants to exchange the various coins that make me believe in the orderly process.

The best altcoin wallet for me are myether wallet and waves wallet because it is very safe to store your coins in here and it is really famous so it can be trusted. This two wallet is very easy to use or not that complicated and it has a high security that no one would ever look into your wallet.

Being user friendly is the most important thing for me so I think my ether wallet and exodus wallets are very good they don't have security problems as well.

For Ethereum, myetherwallet + etherscan is the best way to manage his coins. Very user friendy and very secure. For me it's the best combo.

If you are looking for one apecific wallet to store you can sign up on exchanger or poloniex and use them as wallet. If you want a personal wallet where you have the private key then it woukd depends where your altcoin based like myetherwallet for erc20 token and wavescliet/wavesdex for altcoins on waves platform. Some are even on etc platform which you can use etherclassicwallet or mew for atoring them.

so many wallets are available to keep all your coins there, it's up to you to choose it, and be careful too because there are so many out there who apply phishing, once again you have to be careful.  ;) ;)

I'm using Bitcoin for storing my wallet. It is very convenient for me because it is where I can load up my phone. And also it is easy to exchange it to our currency. Paying bills also is what I love in bitcoin. It is super convenient for me. I also have etherwallet but I'm still figuring it out how to get and exchange that to our currency. But overall Bitcoin is very much convenient for me.

Waves dex is more powerfull then all wallets. there is assets on main page which you can deposit and withdraw

etherwallet and wavewallet is good but you can also try the cold wallet which you will buy a hardware much safer from all.

I think the best altcoin wallet for you is myetherwallet for the ethereum-based coin,
but if for a wave based coin you should use waves.io. good job
