What coinpot actually do? I see different faucets there, and how long do you keep emailing them? No one can help you here, but you only need to wait, if they will not process your withdrawals through email, then there's possibility that this site will turn to scam, or they are actually a scam on the very first place.

They are now the parent branding for moonbitcoin, bonusbitcoin and bitfun. These faucets are paying for quite a long and they had issues with coinpot but are solving them, so you'll probably get back a mail.

I'm not sure that such thing as Coinpot support really exists  ??? I tried to contact them several times, but no response from Coinpot. And I never saw people saying that their messages was answered by Coinpot.
In recent days Coinpot website works terrible, I always getting error messages. But somehow I mannaged to request withdrawal today, and got verification email after few minutes. I don't know how we can help you. Maybe try to check spam folder if you still didn't done that.

The best thing to do right now better to wait for their reply in a week and maybe they are delay replying so wait for more days..
Since according to others the site is still working fine and maybe you are just having some bugs that is why you are having some issue and error to your side.. and also their support is delay just like the same as other faucet.

Coinpot not up at the moment. I can't log into any of the sites that use CoinPot.

I read several withdrawal complaints about coinpot recently in Unofficial thread here in bitcointalk. Seems that email problem isn't on withdrawal only, I experienced it too last time, not receiving the verification email after sign up. I hope you get a response from them.

Maybe they had a downtime earlier, site is working now.

Do you have any adblock enabled? Most of them already updated their lists to include CPU mining scripts.

I would be careful with this website anyway. Don't deposit more than you can afford to lose;

What do you expect with websites that give "free money" in the first place anyway? Seriously. Why would they even scam you? They're probably just currently having problems; and also, wouldn't it be a good idea to state your problem here and not just purely trashtalk that website? 140 bits isn't even worth more than a dollar. Chill your tits.

Isn't coinpot partly owned by MellowAds? If i remember correctly i've read that they were involved in the project aswell.

Their support usually answers pretty quickly, might be an idea to shoot them a PM/Ticket on their http://mellowads.com site?

If they're actually involved, they might be able to fix your issues rather quickly, or atleast give you an explanation.

Due to a manufacture defect my cell phone died I took it to Verizon and they could not recover the phone. can anyone please help me with resetting the 2FA Code on my account I am logged in at the moment but can’t do anything without the 2FA code. If I log out I will not be able to log back in.  I have contacted support a few times with no luck. Any thoughts would be welcome thank you.

usually when you enable 2FA there is a recovery password shown to you that you could use to set up 2FA on another device for cases like this
do you have it?
if you do you can set up google auth on another phone

Zdrastvte! thieves coinpot, confirmation of the letter of payment in the mail nebylo, is located a co-op in Google, and Google under the protection of the phone without me not to get, but friends are not all, that's the problem that the coinpot login vopsche other mail, and what made me arouse in spam Google nashol letter on changing the password, and where Google when the login is a different email, and there is no payment for the payment at all, make conclusions thieves are willing to steal, and even pennies  ???
It's hard to understand your problem when you are using Google Translate. You don't get confirmation email? Have you checked your spam folder? Or you have problems with 2FA?

I don't know they scam or not, but six months ago I had experience with one of the faucet site (LTC) which pay using Coinpot service, on their website Coinpot said weekly payments would be made if we reached the minimum threshold, but until now the balances still with them and never sent it to me (I reached minimum threshold), contact by mail or social media has no reply. Now I Make it simple stop using them  ;D.

They still didn't paid. Long time ago Coinpot stopped paying to users who are claiming with coin address from Moon faucets (BTC, LTC and DOGE) without having Coinpot account. If you're using email address of your Coinpot account, they are paying after you make request without any issues usually.

It all started because i lost my  phone and i have 2FA activated and have lost the reset  code. normally on any normal site i would it generally would be a minor problem, but

because coin-pot support refuses to answer my 4 EMAILS OVER 4 WEEKS, IT is now a major problem. in my emails i have been fairly professional and courteous,

you could answer me please, i will provide the email address connected to my account and any information required and would be tremendously appreciative!! or if anyone

knows how i can go about getting into my account? i would be like help? thanks! >:( >:( >:(

You had to safely store the access recovery codes, that's your problem. However, they must answer you and only from them you will be able to learn how you act. They do not respond, did you check spam folder?

They never respond to tickets, there are many saying the same thing.

Seriously, coinpot is still alive? I thought people had learned that this isn't worth of the time.
Otherwise, I don't think that you can be able to recover your account, make some back read here and help yourself. If you don't mind, is there a fund that get stuck there?
