Can anyone here tell me how to generate a legitimate ethereum wallet address without using a wallet of any kind?  One that I could eventually import into a wallet to spend funds?  What are the steps to creating one, so I can make a program to simply generate addresses?

Nobody knows how to generate ethereum addresses?  I'm talking about a step-by-step process like for bitcoin.  This website lays out how to generate bitcoin addresses: http://gobittest.appspot.com/Address.  Isn't there something similar for eth?

Myetherwallet is only one i know you can generate and migrate the wallet to your device wallet. Just generate a wallet there and download it. Then you can now load the wallet and store funds. It's the easiest and the fastest way to have wallet that can be imported to your device wallet. Me, im using etherwallet. Just load the generated wallet to myetherwallet and there you go... You have created your wallet.

In my journey in cryptocurrency I haven't encountered generating a ethereum address without singing to create a ethereum wallet. Well if you change your mind, try to make a wallet here-> https://www.myetherwallet.com/ This is the best option for ethereum wallet, so far.

You have to keep your wallet file to unlock your wallet. Others cannot get into your account, unless your wallet file has been stolen. That’s a good secure way. Also Myetherwallet is simple and easy to use.

Myetherwallet.com is the best website and am using till now for my Ico funding and collect token from Ico and it's very simple once you create wallet keep your private key safe for further login and even you can download utc Json  file and keep password for that file and you can even access your wallet through this file.

I have an ethereum but I'm using this https://www.myetherwallet.com/ . In this site you can view your ether wallet, send tokens, swap, view wallet info and check status. In my last job I use this to get my salary. Well for now I really don't have an idea on how to change it to bitcoin since I'm just waiting for the right time and also I'm exploring ethereum. You can create ethereum wallet on coinomi or exodus wallet, both are safe, you just need to keep your key safe. I think the key on stored wallet but no one can access it except you.

Keep in mind though, that ethereum addresses can have two different formats:

• lowercase
• partially uppercase

You can use https://www.myetherwallet.com/ as they have very easy process to create a new ETH address and you have to save your private key. It is 100% secure with your private key.

This is the best choice myeth wallet since I'm using this I feel secured. Just save the private keys and you are set, but ofcourse be careful on the phishing sites and dont click it. You may hack once you do clicking the phishing sites.

I really think that this is the best alternative for creating the ethereum wallet is to use the myetherwallet.com. I have been using that for a long time and I really trust that said website.
