just because a coin crashes for a while doesn't mean it will stay there FTC and CNC will bounce up eventually people got scared because everyone dumped its realy just a good time to buy FTC. Now CNC isnt very active is there even a developer anymore? FTC is active has folks working on its future. WDC is active has people working on its future. Its still the most profitable coin and its trading higher than it was yesterday.

It's a small exchange with little volume. It's almost like trading here on the forum. What do you expect  :D

What is hilarious is I posted the exchange rate of about .0008 yesterday based on the 3 WDC per 100 LTC and everyone was like "it will be .009 BTC when it hits an exchange!"

Obviously the numbers scaled. For bitbar, people said "it'll be at 5BTC in a week!"... For feathercoin, people said "it'll be at 0.01BTC in a week!"


I did not address profitability, merely the claims people make about what the exchange will 'surely be in a week'.

Also, look at LTC difficulty, it's going down. If worldcoin did happen to fail, which I don't think it will, there is a possitive side.

I agree, of all the Alt-Coins hitting the market right now WDC seems to have the most promising future.

If you look at all the new coins; it bound to dip a lot. The main test would be whether people maintain interest when it is 1/4th the current value or thereabouts.

To the OP: It's already trading 60% higher on the exchange than it was trading on the forums (60% than the highest price).

Let's look at what every single scamcoin has done over the last 2 months (and using litecoin as a counter argument means you don't understand that litecoin ALREADY EXISTS): Peak at the first 5 minutes of release, another peak between 3 and 6 hours (sometimes a tiny bit longer, but almost surely not more than 24hrs) of hitting exchange (right now, dump!), and will be at 0.0003 for a few weeks. So far it is following the pattern flawlessly. Anyone who believes anything else simply isn't looking at the big picture.

Mcxnow.com is NOT a serious exchange, for Christs sake they started out with Mincoin and Solidcoin and they have like 200 members. You might as well sell your coins on ebay.

Look what happened to FRC when it hit Vircurex. The price almost was triple of that on crappy Bter. Did even out in the long run though.

FTC peaked around .006-.007, I'll be shocked if it doesn't hit .003

Instant transactions are nothing new - Geistgeld did 15 second blocks.

Doesn't matter, though, the real test for WDC will be if miners stick around. It will suffer from the same problem as FTC if miners abandon it. Transactions won't be instant if there's a steep drop in hash rate as confirmations will take forever.

CNC is going through a similar problem right now.

This coin brings innovation to the table. And sure, digicoin does the same thing, and if it had released first, I have no doubt it would be doing well, but WDC released first, and in the digital rat race, that is very important. Mxnow, maybe was not a real exchange, but what do you suppose happened to their member base, being the first exchange to offer trading of WDC? WDC reached 1/5 of LTC's hashrate. That is quite a fair number of people.

Mincoin and Solidcoin were on there before those coins. In fact, I'm pretty sure it was made just for Mincoin at first.

The question isn't if its a good exchange or not, its if the price will be higher when it hits a better exchange.

FTC is building community and the value will follow. Lumping us in with CNC kinda hurts considering there's not a developer of much community support.  The crypto community is extremely young and impulsive. We'll see which coins are able to eventually break away and into the hands of the real players with $.

People over here are invested in various coins. With even a small success of the coin means the owner being rich is the recipe for a tense atmosphere.
