This guy was trying to buy dog from the owners and most of them refused.
Tell me what would you have done if someone has offered you 100,000$ worth in bitcoins would you sell your dog ?

animals with $100 000 USD, but the bond between your animals and yourself are already formed and should not be broken for money.  :(

I wouldn't sell a dog that I had for many years. It would be like giving up a family member.
If I had the dog for a very short time, like a month or 2, I'd have considered taking the money.

I personally hate people who do this kind of business, pets especially dogs and cats, they bond with the owners, its like growing your own child for years and then selling it, you may feel satisfied with the money at first but it will then start to eat you from the inside! You will literally hate yourself for doing that. Even if someone offered me 1000 BTC the answer would have been NO!

In my own case, I don't like a dog and won't even have one not to talk of brooding it to the point of being worth that amount. If it eventually happen, I won't think twice before accepting the offer but if its family, then family cannot be traded for anything whatsoever.

Tough question if you ask me maybe its easy to give an answer because it hasnt happened yet and besides some dogs are just priceless and nobody would want to sacrifice protection for anything.

It depends on the kind of dogs. If I have an expensive breed dogs then I would definitely sell it and I can't take care all of them so I would only choose the ones that I give importance or as family members. I also love dogs but if that dog is not profitable for me,I would just give it away. You also need to feed and maintain dog's cleanliness just like human beings and they can feel love and care also. The more I hold them in my side the more I keep on taking care of them and if one day they will be hit or have accident, that will be costly for medication so better sell it anyway.

We all have their own opinions here. Many people prefer money and not dogs. Because they can buy something new. What is the weightier part of the bond or the money? Do you think that your mother sells you for $ 100,000? And if your answer is not likely to be right in your mind.

In this time of generation, we have to wiser but I know that blood is thicker than water, many dog lovers are treating their pets as their son, brother, sister, as a part of the family. When it comes to pets, I think it is more of a personal preference. Why would you even own a dog if you are not a dog lover? Even breeders have their own favorite kinds of breeds that they won’t sell even at a steep price. $100K worth of bitcoin is no doubt a huge amount of money but would you be happy knowing that you let go of something that’s been part of your life for a long period of time already?

Its better to give the dogs who needs just like the kids we all know they love dogs, But as you said if you have a breed dogs maybe we sell it for a big amount but in the family that can care of your dog. I might do so. But you see, the thing is I haven't had any dog or any pet in my entire life. My father won't let us have a dog most especially a cat since I have had asthma when I was young. My grandpa died from asthma, so my dad won't risk it. I grew up afraid of dogs since I was chased by one when I was just passing by the street when I was in 8th grade. So if you're gonna buy that dog I might give it to you for free and pay you instead, lol. Kidding aside, I might not had any pets in my entire life but I definitely wouldn't sell if I have one. I might not be in the position to say this but dogs are loyal and would even risk their life for their owner and that is priceless.

I don't have a dog but I wouldn't sell my cat. If I did I'd keep seeing him every night in my dreams, looking at me with sad eyes and saying "why did you abandon me, did I do something wrong?" I will not sell my dog for any amount offered to me. Even though I only owned a dog for a short amount of time, I treated him not like an animal but an actual part of my family, and whenever my boyfriend talks about his dogs and when one gets sick, I find myself tearing up because I can feel the love in his stories and how much he really values his pets and that is why no amount of money can be at par with those sentimental memories.

It's crazy question. $100k is very big amount of money, but it's more moral dilemma. Dog is man's best friend and friends don't have price. I think it's something wrong with people if they think that money is above everything. If you can sell your dog, maybe if someone will offer, let's say $1 million, you will agree to sell your wife or children.

I won't. There are things that money can't buy. Dogs are family and selling them is just inappropriate just for the sake of money. Obviously, dog owners especially dog lovers won't sell it. A good example is the dog in one of the movies of will smith, wherein will smith offered a huge amount of money to buy the dog, but the owner refused to sell it.

I think it's true! pet dogs are belong and love to your family and there no money can replace that! but there are also instance of selling there dog to another pet lover specially if they offer higher price or the pet are to much for the family to take care.

my dog give me a lot of work every day. I have to clean his excrement and his pee, he is very playful, he chooses food... there are foods that he does not like. He loves to eat cabbage, unbelievable. Hahaha

If the purchasers let me stay in contact with the dog for the rest of its life, with a second microchip so in case the dog could no longer be cared for by them, it could be returned to my ownership. I'd keep the BTC segregated so if they die before the dog or whatever, assuming BTC doesn't crash to hell, I'd have enough to pay for the dog's vet bills once I own it again.

I will also refuse to that offer even if it is so big that my family can live a prosperous life. Our dog is part of our family. I would sell if I had a dog. Heck, I wouldn't even own a dog if someone paid me unless it served a good purpose like if I was blind and it guided me or guard my house, or find drugs, etc.

That’s not even possible. I mean its not actually  possible for me to sell my dog for money at some time in my life. The dog is actually a part of the family cos it has been with me for a very long time, through all the thin and thick.

I well take the money to sell the dog and buy a new puppies at cheaper price, anyway i know that they will take care of the dog that they will not harm the animal because of the huge amount they have spent just to have my dog. The dogs that I am only consider selling are the puppies of my old dogs. Yes it is hard to let go of their children but we need to be realistic that we cannot keep all of them due to the space of our house and money as well. I don't think keeping all of them would be wise in our part, but yes every time that my dog gets pregnant we would sell them as soon as they reach 3 months old. Having 100,000$ worth of Bitcoin just for a puppy will be a good thing for the both of us as I get to keep both of my companion and at the same time have a big amount of money.

If i do have the rarest Dog in the World and i have two of them of course i will sell the other one for 100,000 USD. Even though i am a pet lover i can easily buy different dogs using the 100,000 USD. So, Yes i would sell my dog.

That's 10 million pesos here in our country it's very tempting I could buy a house and lot plus a car and insured my family for the next 10 years, yes I will say yes but I doubt if someone going to buy a dog with that kind of price here in our country :)

First I would like to know who wants to pay so much for a dog and why. If e.g. a lonely rich person is looking for a animal friend, why not. It would be a win win win situation. But if someone wants to hurt or even kill the dog, I would never ever sell it and take that evil and dirty money. I would have problems to sleep after such a bad deal. I do not have and never had a dog, but I think I could sell a dog for such a huge amount of money. This would create me great prospects for the future, I could provide my family, or build a house, when a hundred thousand dollars will reach a much larger amount in bitkoin. I do not think that for such money, my dog would be bought by a bad person, and she would be in good hands)

Now thats a silly question :D but if i were in that case practically i would like to sell my dog if they promise me that they will treat the dog right but if they dont then i would likely disagree selling my dog  you know they also have life and i want the best for them too, though selling my dog is such a disgrace but who cares as long as i handed them in a good hands you know.

I would not do that. A dog is as loyal as it gets.
My dogs are part of my family, the emotional value is not to be measured in numbers.

Wow hahah this made my whole day, what a funny thread, but i dont know, this is a very weird question and i dont know how to reply it, but i would not do that.. it is a very hard desition to take. I care a lot about money, but definetely i would not sell my dog for any amount, unless that somebody is offering me one million dollars for him. But i dont know, it is a hard question to reply.

This is a very good offer, and I would not think long enough to agree, and if I had 10 tails at a great price it would make me get rich soon.

I'm not that interested into the pets, so maybe if I had a dog with me and someone offers me such a big deal as in the thread surely I'll go for it. The amount will surely makes me rich and if possible I'll make a statue of the same dog for remembrance, because without the dog I could have never been a rich person.

We need money for our living. So if someone offer me that amount for my dog. I will not hesitate i will sell my dog. Because that is a big amount of money and it can change our lives.
