Aren't you going to make a detailed ANN thread for your coin, in altcoin announcement section?

You better have that announcement so that some of the participants would know your new project that will be launched this month. The more you posted in ann thread the more participants will be joining.

Is this the official thread? I'd like to watch out this project since I'm very interested in the Russian ecosystem. By the way, could you elaborate your IRR > 35%? is this a projected value for new businesses?

Upon check in the Google search there are no Ann thread created by thier team here in bitcointalk I hope they make one here and explain more about thier project.

This is our estimate, however, RusCoin price will appreciate due to our targeted buyup of the existing businesses with consistent operating profits, primarily, buyup of a blocking shareholding (25%+) of Moscow Exchange. Like we said, RusCoin tokens were issued AND verified on Waves platform, and we have provided access to their source code. Within a few days Waves will introduce their built-in smart contract functionality. Once it's available we will add our smart contract outlining the terms and conditions pertaining to our token investors. A little patience please.
