Title: Will WAVES ever recover?
Post by: CryptoMeng on August 21, 2017, 05:14:48 PM
I've been lurking in this forum for quite awhile and read many threads on how a good coin WAVES is.  It seems to have run aground taking in water.  Anybody have the same thoughts as me on this?

I believe Waves will recover and if my BTC wasn't tied up in other things I'd move some over to purchase more.  It's a good time to get in and get a pile leased for further income.

I think all coins have their ups and downs. Even BTC sometimes crash and recovers soon. I think same goes with all the altcoins who already have established their names. A lot of people are pumping and dumping them. I think it's the best time to buy waves and hope to recover and gain some good income from it.

How many coins have you seen to recover to the pre-fork value? Well, Waves is no different. Be patient, it's a great project and it's time will come.

Give waves some time to recover because I believe that waves is a good alt coin and a lot of people and even some bounty projects are using waves as their platform. So, I think that waves will recover soon. I think it's a good news because since waves are cheap it's the best time to buy and wait for it to recover.

This is what im doing now, i did see already the cheaper waves coins which i would able to buy it and hodl them until the price would recover and i agree on what you have said there are lots of project who uses this platform which means they do have trust on it and see its potential. Dont worry folks, price would definitely recover up later on.

Am I missing something? Is this humor or a real question? :P

From the graph I see on Blockfolio app it did a huge jump and entered correction. If this is, and I believe it is, a real project it will go up after again after some time. Most likely after some good news come

I believe in waves. I sold all my ETH to buy waves on the recent ETH pump. I dont think waves will be the same price as ETH but suspect to have graiter gains with waves opposed to ETH in medium to long term.

What did you expect? That it would keep going up forever? Or that you would see 100% profits in a week?

Corrections and stabilization are part of every asset's trade cycle. It is going through a consolidation phase now and is holding its support levels well. You shouldn't be worried with the price not jumping. Just wait for the next momentum wave to kick in.

Waves fall down is just result from changes in the altcoin worlds, but just like the  altcoins it can recover in the coming days. Because there's  a lot of investors still believing its value and may hit in the market.

Right now a lot of the altcoins are dirt cheap because bitcoin is so high up. If bitcoin decides to take a pull back we might see the altcoins flourish once more.

Waves has suffered from network error few weeks ago and it took no long time. After that the network normal again. When the network error all balance become zero, I was panic and I think my account was hacked, in fact after oneday I Check my wallet everything is alright.

Don't worry, Waves will shine, they will come with some new releases soon. It's a very valuable long-term coin. It's in his range bound zone between 4,50 dollar and 5,50 dollar. We will hit new highs soon and it will settle at a higher price. I had 500 Waves, now with this dip, I bought another 250. With my next salary in few days I will buy another 250  :)

Waves infrastructure is good for companies. There is a demand for such platform today. My opinion is - to buy and to hold.

It will but not sure that will gonna happen just in short time. I mean yes for the future of the waves project but I can say not for the short term investment, The waves gonna be big but as you can see a lot of their project still in the experiment, to attract those people investing again in waves, the dev must done a lot of the development.

Yeah i really hope it to recover soon just because i am now buying a lot of this coin, it is cheap, around $4,40 each one, so everybody should buy a lot of this, it will probably make a new pump when all altcoins recover.
Remember that now, only the strong altcoins are recovering, but yes, the other altcoins will recover soon, like waves.
Be patient and keep buying

It will for sure since there are already some coins that is based from waves and had been using for transaction fees. Actually, I'm planning to buy more waves right now when I receive my btc from my freelance work, a little more confirmation. I don't have any doubt on the waves project considering they've been doing a lot, and I know that there's a lot of support for this token.

I think some projects are being launched under the blockchain of waves might be there is a chance that price of Waves will increase in future.
For everything we need to have patience mean while they work in the background until the price of waves increases.

I think it is better not to see it going to the moon in a short time like dash or ethereum, I like stable coins more. It is also not a crash just a little dump.

I can definitely see Waves hitting $25 this year and $50-$100 next year. Its a great project with a lot of interesting things coming up, also has the backing of Russian government and companies like Deloitte and Gazprombank :

https://blog.wavesplatform.com/gazprombank-digital-and-waves-platform-enter-strategic-partnership-3888ec94c768

Its a good price to keep amassing Waves and leasing them out in the Lite client - https://blockonomi.com/how-to-lease-waves/

Waves will definitely recover to its ATH,

It has too much going for it, Sasha is constantly going to Blockchain events with Vitalik and is very knowledgable about what he does.

Its in its Alpha stage, in a years time, it could be one of the most valuable coins, if the next platform release is a success, it continues to make pacts with large companies in Russia and it keeps releasing successful ICO on the platform.

I believe Waves will soon recover, just give it some time. That's normal in trading, the charts usually goes up and down and is always fluctuating. It is always unpredictable, today it might be its highest ath and then the day after it falls down and is having a hard time to increase back because bitcoins price is so high.

100M Total token

It will not only recover, it will moon when smart contract deployed.

My speculation on waves is strongly optimistic :)

How much do you gain by leasing (aprox)?

I think it still has chance to raise and shine but I don't agree people saying that it will go moon. Their development team isnt that capable. And they are all about community support.

With ICO on blockchain Waves this will certainly increase popularity of Waves and possibility of these coins will continue to increase in price from time to time of course. And I have confidence prospects The wave of will continue in the next few years.

Yes i believe waves will recover. Just hold your waves and you won't regret it. I have like 200 waves now and my target is 400k. I wish it will pump by the end of the year.

I am holding some waves right now and I am positive that waves will be able to rebound from its downs. Actually it might be a good time to invest for more in case it gets lower.

Yes, we are sure that waves price will increase when the price of Bitcoin settles because with the increased price of Bitcoin we cannot able to guess what will the price of Waves in coming days. But surely the price of Waves will increase according to the situation.

Yes, the gain depends on the contractor and the strategy used by people. As far as waves are concerned, we should know that they have very good capability of increasing in their value. Let us buy waves as much as you can to be among lucky people in the near future.
