You should look into mining yourself if your electricity cost permits it. Otherwise, investement wise, you should probably just buy the coins. If you really want to safe of your investment buying bitcoin is enough and hold it for a long time. Almost all of these projects are not doing any mining operations and they are working basically just a ponzi scheme, which turns into scam sooner or later. And some of these websites like Eobot or Genesis mining looks legit and working for few years, but you hardly can get ROI here. Cloud mining is terrible place to invest your money.
If you want to mine coins, you need to purchase mining hardware.
