        Sometimes it seems to me that the current ICO projects are generally insolent. Judge for yourself, produce coins in the amount of 100-150 million pieces so also at a price of $ 1, and all are hoping for the growth of their coins, but with such quantity and at such a price, it is extremely rare. Of course, what they do is to take most of the money.

       My idea is its independence. I suggest doing this as follows:
When replenishing a trader's account, each trader will create his own unique account, to which the administrator will not have access, and which will be replenished. When buying / selling transactions, the funds will directly flow to the account of the trader who bought the currency. And how will the administrator not get access to the funds? The matter is that at registration the trader will receive a unique key from his account, and only with his help it will be possible to conduct operations with the currency. That is, all accounts will be encrypted, and the administrator will not be able to access them without a unique key. Most likely the unique key will be in the form of a file that will need to be downloaded when connecting to the exchange (but this is only one of the options)
Of course, this case does not apply to finite money. But here developers of payment systems are already entering - verification of purses.
       As for the "law enforcement agencies" here it is not strange, but the situation is more complicated, I will introduce the fact that many problems in many countries with recognition and do not recognize Bitcoin.
This issue is still in reflection, that's why I need lawyers specializing in this subject

The idea is good but i think you will have a hard promotional and a difficult amount to raise in your ICO because in the first place before you run an ICO you should have provided a some backups funds even a small amounts to support and run your ico. This will make people and investors that the projects has a capability not only asking a Crowdfund for the people to make it go.
