I only have a national ID, would they accept that instead (front & back)? I don't have a passport and it would cost about $150 to get one. Cheers! The fields should have English names along with local language field names. So they should be able to verify your identity with original local id scan. I haven't tried this myself but this is valid for many countries.

Cheers! Try submitting your Passport before spend $150 on licences translation. It should have English values under your national ones. At least all the passports I know have and they are accepted.
