that's why I ask for small amount if you want to test if im trusted or not. my total paypal is $286, I just go $86. I just need bitcoin today else I will withdraw it to my card and buy btc using CC.

Exactly right. Paypal is extremely dangerous to deal with because you never know when the chargeback is coming, and even if you send as friends and family nobody is safe. Therefore it is best to avoid any paypal sellers without reputation of selling paypal that hasn't been charged back for more than 180 days, unless you are a pro and willing to take the risk, ofc.

I would be able to help you if you had more trust, but unfortunately you don't and nor do you have a history of trades... Sorry for being harsh but trust me we've all gotten scammed by paypal scammers plenty of times, more than enough.

I would advise anyone thinking about doing this deal that you'll be making a donation to him once he charges back.  Escrow won't help, either.

Having more than $86 does not mean you are more trustworthy. It just doesn't make sense to measure trust this way, in my opinion. Also the scam accusation, i don't think that it has been cleared up yet. You should make it more clear.

I legitimately think that the best deal you can get right now is either from b!z or what1005, both offering 15%. You could contact zazarb or shdvb but i doubt they are going to get you 10%.
