About 3 months after Segregated Witness activation, which is projected to happen tomorrow.There will be a hard fork (and a chain split) where the fork/new chain will have 2MB blocks. Hope it will not happen. If it will happen it will be somewhere in November. Miner what to increase block size limit, proposal is named "2x".
