Can someone please guide or tell me if there is any online wallet of ethereum I can create? It will be appreciated. I need a ethereum addy.
Or at least guide me how can I download offline wallet and how to have an address.

You can use for example myetherwallet. It's online wallet, just google for it

I think that you should be tried to use the metamask wallet, because you just need to download the metamask add on in the google chrome and you are already able to use the metamask service. But if you are looking about the offline wallet the hardware wallet still to be a good choice at all.

Can you please tell me from where I can download the offline wallet?
Or can you post the link to from where I can read and create my own wallet so, I can have a address.

According to your needs I advise you to create a myetherwallet account because it is more secure, convenient and of course very difficult to get attacks from hackers, such as phishing.
In myetherwallet there is a privet key feature to open your account, and remember that this MEW is one of the online wallets used to store altcoin in the form of ETH (ethereum).

I have tried opening an account there, But I don't know how to login. Somehow, I logged in to my account using the private key now I want to know how can I send payment forward as I see no buttons nothing else there? (I haven't received any payment yet).

Just login using your private keys and in terms of sending a transactions. There is a sending transaction that you will input the certain token address to send from your MEW. If you are referring to received payment from a campaign or what,  there is clickable custom add token, to input address, symbol and decimal. But you should know the custom address token.

All right, Everything is cleared to me now. Still one thing is uncleared to me I will figure it out my self that site explains everything very deeply So, Instead of wasting time here I should try my self and understand it.
