As of this posting, BTC-e is 113.71, Mt.Gox is 122.50, VirCurEx is 118.71. Try getting money into BTC-e and you will soon see the reason. They are supposed to re-enable OKPay deposit in the next day or two (according to this post: https://btc-e.com/news/153 ) so you should see prices becoming more even.
